H.O.O.D. Ministries serves individuals impacted by incarceration, addiction recovery, and other life challenges, while also supporting anyone facing a “downfall” that limits their growth and success. The organization is committed to empowering individuals with the tools, resources, and support needed to build stable, productive, and purpose-driven lives.

About H.O.O.D.
H.O.OD. Ministries was born from a deep understanding of the systemic barriers that prevent individuals from rebuilding their lives after crisis. Our founder, April Ben witnessed firsthand how the absence of structured support leads to cycles of recidivism, addiction, poverty, and hopelessness.
What began as a small community initiative has grown into a comprehensive nonprofit serving hundreds of individuals annually across multiple programs. Every service we offer was designed in direct response to real needs expressed by the people we serve.
